Your responsibility

  • technical Support for the Applied Geophysics group
  • maintenance of geophysical equipment
  • participation in fieldwork
  • design of circuits for geophysical measurements

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical education (Bachelor/ FH-Diplom) in electrical engineering or comparable degree in mechatronics with additional knowledge of programming
  • Knowledge of electrical circuits
  • Programming skills (e.g., Python, Matlab, C, or C++)
  • Willingness to participate in field measurements, including abroad
  • Driver's license for motor vehicles
  • Good knowledge of German and/or English required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills.
