Student assistant (40 hours per month)

A student assistant is sought for the research project "Functions of digital spaces in right-wing extremist radicalization processes"

Job description:

• Conduct literature research on the project topic (30%)
• Support in the collection and qualitative analysis of data from the online communication of right-wing extremist users (40%)
• Assistance with preparation of and participation in joint project meetings (30%)

Required criteria:

• Basic knowledge and experience in the application of qualitative research methods
• Basic knowledge of research on the phenomena of radicalization and right-wing extremism
• Good knowledge of German and / or English required, willingness to acquire the missing language skills

Optional criteria:

• Basic knowledge of instant messaging
