Your responsibility

  • Collaboration in research (50 %) and teaching (50 %) in the field of business, corporate and
    technology law (or business, technology and innovation law) with a focus on German and
    European business, intellectual property and/or technology law
  • Participation in the preparation and realization of examinations
  • Editorial activities
  • Promotion is supported

Your profile

  • Successfully completed university degree in law (1st jur. state examination or equivalent (Diplom, Master)).
  • Interest in new legal developments and in scientific work at the intersection of law, economics
    and engineering (AI and law, data (protection) law)
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with other areas of law
  • The ability to teach in German and/or in English is required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills.
  • Affinity for technology is desirable
  • Willingness to work in a team is advantageous
