Tasks
Participation in the projects of the working group on the characterization of representations in deep neural networks with regard to transfer and multitask learning and on the development and evaluation of the corresponding diagnostic tools; Assistance in the administration of the computer infrastructure of the working group, supervision of tutorials for introductory courses to programming for non-CS Bachelor degree programs
Requirements
- Successful completion of a scientific university degree (Master, Diploma or equivalent) in computer science or related fields
- Very good expertise in machine learning, especially in deep neural networks
- Very good programming skills in Java and C/C++, very good knowledge of the UNIX operating system - - The ability to teach in German and/or English is required; willingness to acquire the language skills that are missing
Desirable:
- Research experience with deep neural networks, especially in characterizing neural representations- Eexperience in the programming education in Bachelor degree programs are desirable
